Leadership qualities are found at all levels\u201d which is very true.<\/p>\n<p>CILIP is currently hosting a course in leadership entitled \u201cStepping into leadership\u201d. The program was originally developed as part of the Carnegie Library Lab (CLL), created by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.carnegieuktrust.org.uk\/\">Carnegie UK Trust<\/a>\u00a0(CUKT) to encourage creativity, innovation and leadership in public libraries in the UK and Ireland.
