The committee is interested in exploring how individual librarians have successfully managed their careers by embracing change, professional development, and training or by providing \u3000professional development opportunities for others.\u3000 The organisers want to examine how enhanced library skills contribute to stronger libraries.<\/p>\n<p>They are interested in these issues as they cut across a variety of organizational structures, library types, different cultures and geographical regions.
