It is organized and hosted by a different European partner each year.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>ECIL 2015 conference will be organized by the Institute of Information Studies of Tallinn University and held\u00a0from 19-22 October 2015, at Tallinn University, Tallinn, Estonia.\u00a0It is under the patronage of UNESCO and IFLA.
