The expert group will meet at UIL from 5 to 6 April 2016.\u00a0 The meeting will bring together experts from government, international literacy organizations, libraries and research institutions. These experts will explore how existing public and community library systems can best contribute to national literacy programmes; and how countries can measure these contributions.
