Yet being a leader isn\u2019t only about being in charge. It\u2019s just as much about moving things forwards, and helping others to realise their potential.<\/p>\n
You can be a leader from so many different positions, through sharing your ideas, making connections, and supporting other people.<\/p>\n
As a member of a committee or a team, you can build energy, suggest new ways of doing things, or take on responsibilities.<\/p>\n
In doing so, you can build your own experience and confidence.<\/p>\n
