One of the question was &#8216;does the public library have the policy to improve and activate the local city planning&#8217;? 47% of respondents (497 people) answered yes.<\/p>\n<p>Some examples of what this encompasses are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cooperation with local government<\/li>\n<li>problem solving , legal issues<\/li>\n<li>health &amp; medical issues<\/li>\n<li>business support<\/li>\n<li>town planning<\/li>\n<li>building and space making<\/li>\n<li>digital library<\/li>\n<li>multicultural-communities services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Those ranked most important included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>problem solving: legal issues \u00a031%<\/li>\n<li>health &amp; medical issues 44%,<\/li>\n<li>business support 42%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The other question is what is needed to be able to implement the policy.
