This Award is\u00a0open to public libraries worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>The award is DKK 25,000, which will be given to the winning municipality and presented for the first time in August 2014 in connection\u00a0with the <a href=\"http:\/\/conference.ifla.org\/ifla80\/node\/454\">annual conference <\/a>of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) in Lyon, France.<\/p>\n<p>The library must have been completed\u00a0during the period\u00a0\u00a0during the period 1 January 2012 through 15 June 2014.
