It is published twice yearly, in January and July, and is available online and through select periodical databases. <i>School Libraries Worldwide<\/i> publishes new works of current research and scholarship on any aspect of school librarianship. All papers are double-blind peer reviewed and adhere to the highest editorial standards.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>Digital Strategies <\/b>(Volume 20, Number 2, July 2014).\u00a0 This issue of <i>School Libraries Worldwide<\/i> is based on the theme of the enabling role of information technology in meeting current school library challenges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For this issue we will provide a space in which research can be shared on the concept of anytime, anyplace connectivity and how school libraries are providing opportunities for students and expanding their program\u2019s influence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Possible topics include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2028Flipped Classroom<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Digital Identity<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Games and Gamification<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Big Data<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Informal Learning<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mobile Apps<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Location Intelligence<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Makerspaces<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Digital Divide, Digital Poverty, Digital Exclusion<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Preservation and Conservation Technologies<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>School library researchers are invited to submit papers reporting their own original research that has not been published elsewhere.
