How do students encounter and use data beyond science and math class? How do they make sense of Big Data, citizen science, managing their personal data, and recognizing and contributing to ethical data use? Featuring keynote presentations by Justin Schell of the University of Michigan Library\u2019s Shapiro Design Lab and Emerson College\u2019s Catherine d\u2019Ignazio of the\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/mail.csulb.edu\/owa\/redir.aspx?C=VV8V8FPD3o7cvcduvTPy3P6s1URLudqHN_mBFsAB950zm2XTrcfUCA..&amp;URL=http%3a%2f%2fdatabasic.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DataBasic.io<\/a>\u00a0project.
